We are seeking logistics or industrial assets across key areas in Europe. We are open to all types of logistics assets, expect heavy manufacturing: - First mile - Mid mile - Last mile - Sorting facilities Ideally defensive tenants (i.e. e-commerce, food and beverages, life sciences, pharma, tech, courier companies, logistics, etc) for longer leases or new build on spec / vacant with some sort of value play for core plus or slightly enhanced returns. Single or multi-let, decent tenant credit for leases longer than 2 years. Prime logistics locations preferred but can look at locations that are strategic for the tenant/s or secondary locations. Considered locations: France, Germany, UK, the Netherlands (Benelux), the Nordics, Spain, Portugal and Poland
