• Camden
• Kensington & Chelsea
• City of Westminster
Key Requirements:
• Location: Strong preference for assets bordering or near areas undergoing or which have undergone significant regeneration (e.g. King’s Cross, Paddington Basin)
• Transport: Excellent proximity to major transport hubs is essential
• Planning Potential: Properties with existing or clearly achievable potential for residential use (STPP or permitted development)
• Target End Product: Residential units under 1,000 sq.ft., targeting the domestic market
• Pricing Objective: GDV per unit of £2 million or less
• Overall GDV: Sites must be capable of delivering a minimum of £100 million total GDV
