Description
We are looking to expand our portfolio of ultra-luxury hotels in major gateway cities in Europe and USA.
The cities we are interested in are: Milan, Rome, Madrid, Geneva, Zurich, NYC, Miami. We need around 100 keys and at least 10,000 internal sqm.
The buildings can be existing hotels (four or five stars, in need of renovation) or conversion opportunities (offices).
