We are seeking hotel sites with the following criteria:       •     Located within a 60-minute journey of major cities, with strong transport connections to these cities .       •     Size between 10–100 acres .       •     Ability to accommodate between 60–90 keys, but sites with a minimum of 20 keys and potential for expansion will also be considered .       •     Facilities for leisure, fitness, wellness, and events—either existing or with potential for development .       •     Preference for sites with minimal planning risk .       •     Tranquil locations (not adjacent to major roads); existing outbuildings are a plus . We are especially interested in sites that offer:       •     Management opportunities to rebrand existing hotels .       •     Opportunities for local partners to invest and collaborate in developing properties in their region .
