We are directly mandated on behalf of investors based in the UAE to seek significant hospitality assets (existing / development land) in Southern Spain and specifically key areas of the Costa del Sol. Requirements vary depending on deal specifics: Marbella & Immediately Surrounding Area - Exceptional development land / existing real estate that can be developed / repositioned to support 5* operating brands with sufficient land to support low key density concepts (100-200 keys) generally in beach-front, frontline golf or other exceptional locations (case by case basis) ideally with the ability to also develop associated branded residences (preferred with residential classification but can also be hospitality classification). Other Costa del Sol Locations - Development land / existing real estate in established resort locations that can be developed / repositioned to support 4*+ operating brands in established beach-front locations or within 5min walking distance to the beach with higher key density (250-500 keys).
