We are currently representing an investor actively seeking to acquire food-anchored retail parks (Fachmarktzentren / FMZ) across Germany. The focus is on assets with strong grocery and daily-needs tenants (e.g. supermarkets, discounters, drugstores), providing stable and resilient cashflow. In addition to stabilised properties, the investor is also interested in value-add opportunities, including assets with vacancy, expiring leases or repositioning potential (e.g. re-letting after tenant exit such as Lidl, Rewe, etc.). Target investment volume ranges between €10M – €30M, with a minimum yield requirement of approximately 6%+ depending on location and asset quality.
