By purchasing the Founding Membership of Parnexus, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Commitment and Payment
The Founding Membership requires a one-time commitment of £1,000 to be paid at the time of enrolment.
2. Lifetime Membership
By joining as a Founding Member, you will receive lifetime membership with no annual fees. This membership is exclusive to the first 50 invited members who meet the eligibility requirements, and settle the payment.
3. Equity Pool Access
Founding Members are guaranteed access to the Parnexus equity pool during our upcoming fundraise, subject to the terms and conditions of the pool. This access may be provided in accordance with specific requirements or guidelines that will be detailed separately.
4. Transaction & Brokerage Fee Reductions
Founding Members will receive a 25% reduction in success/transaction fees and a 25% reduction in debt brokerage fees when utilising Parnexus' services.
5. Priority Access to Off-Market Assets
The Parnexus team are regularly emailed with information on off-market assets for sale. This information is being cleaned, organised and aggregated as a product for paying Parnexus users. Founding Members will have priority access to this dealflow via a private, passworded data room. Priority access is subject to availability and the specific terms set forth for each asset.
6. Guaranteed Highest Membership Tier
Founding Members will maintain the highest membership tier for the duration of their membership. This includes:
- Exclusive event invitations in Europe, UK and USA.
- Priority access to new searches.
- Parnexus Club Membership (wine, whisky, car, watch clubs), as available.
7. Limited Availability
There are only 50 Founding Memberships available. Once these spaces are filled, the offer will be closed, and no additional Founding Memberships will be offered.
8. Use of Funds
The funds raised through the Founding Memberships will be used for the development and enhancement of Parnexus' platform.
9. Offer Expiry
This Founding Membership offer will expire on April 30, 2025. After this date, no new members will be accepted into the Founding Members program.
10. Transferability
The Founding Membership is non-transferable. The membership and associated benefits are only available to the individual who has made the £1,000 commitment.
11. Amendments and Termination
Parnexus reserves the right to amend or terminate the Founding Membership offer at any time, provided that any changes will be communicated to the members in advance. In the event of termination, members will retain the benefits already granted at the time of their commitment.
12. Limitation of Liability
Parnexus will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from participation in the Founding Membership program, except as required by applicable law.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
