Must have at least 40 rooms, be in good condition (no major renovations needed), and have demonstrable profitability. Preference for assets with no operator, or with operator cancellation option within 2–3 months. Location - Europe: Spain, Italy, France, UK, EU - open to both coastal and urban locations considered. Acquisition is for a hotel group with 120+ properties internationally and a track record of fast execution and serious interest.
