London commercial: Seeking office buildings with over 25,000sf GIA that can be acquired with vacant possession within a 24-month period and have potential to convert (we will take planning risk) to hotel use located within central London. London development sites: Land consented for hotel or commercial development with massing of circa 25,000sf GIA located within central London.
